A heart of 30g of cocoa
-Due to temperature changes it is possible that the surface of the cocoa whitens, this does not alter its quality, it is simply the fat contained in the cocoa which settles and solidifies on the surface. Don't hesitate to caress your little heart so that it becomes shiny again ;)
